Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using PolyGOAT, including the PolyGOAT mobile app, polygoat.app, beta signup forms, TestFlight builds, support, and related services operated by Language GOATS.
By accessing or using PolyGOAT, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PolyGOAT.
PolyGOAT is intended for users age 13 and older. If you are under 13, do not create an account, join an email list, or provide personal information to PolyGOAT. Younger learners may use PolyGOAT only through a parent or guardian, where permitted by law, and that parent or guardian is responsible for the use. If you are 13 or older but under the age of majority where you live, you may use PolyGOAT only with permission and involvement from a parent or guardian.
Language GOATS grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PolyGOAT for your own language learning and personal entertainment. You may not:
To access certain features, you may need to create or connect an account. When you create or connect an account, you may provide information such as your email address so we can create and manage your account and keep your learning progress.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Deleting your account: You may request deletion of your account and associated data. See our Privacy Policy and Delete my account page for details.
If you join a beta or early access list, you agree that Language GOATS may email you beta access details, launch updates, product updates, and related PolyGOAT messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing or beta emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting support. We may still send account, security, support, legal, or service-related messages where permitted.
PolyGOAT currently provides lessons and learning experiences created by Language GOATS. If a feature lets you submit information, feedback, support requests, or other content, you are responsible for what you submit and you grant Language GOATS permission to use it to provide support, operate, protect, and improve PolyGOAT.

You may not use PolyGOAT:
PolyGOAT, including its lessons, characters, copy, audio, graphics, software, design, features, and other materials, is owned by Language GOATS or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Open-source or third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
Some PolyGOAT lesson GIFs and website demo GIFs are provided by GIPHY. GIFs are powered by GIPHY, and GIPHY content, logos, trademarks, and related services remain subject to GIPHY's own terms, policies, and ownership rights.
If you download PolyGOAT through Apple, Google, TestFlight, Google Play, or another platform, that platform's terms may also apply. If PolyGOAT offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, purchases and refunds may be handled by the applicable app store or payment provider under their terms, except where law requires otherwise.
We may suspend or terminate access to PolyGOAT if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for PolyGOAT or others, or used the service in a way that may cause harm or legal exposure. You may stop using PolyGOAT at any time.
PolyGOAT is a language-learning and entertainment product. We work to make content useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every translation, pronunciation, cultural note, lesson, or explanation will be complete, current, or error-free. PolyGOAT is not legal, financial, medical, investment, immigration, academic, or other professional advice.
PolyGOAT is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Language GOATS disclaims warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Language GOATS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruption, arising from or related to your use of PolyGOAT.
Some jurisdictions give users rights that cannot be limited by contract. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights. These Terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect when posted unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of PolyGOAT after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
