To delete your PolyGOAT account from inside the app, open the app menu and choose Delete My User Data. This starts deletion of your account and associated app data. We process account deletion requests within 90 days, subject to verification, legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, and other permitted retention needs.
Account deletion is intended to remove or de-identify your PolyGOAT account, active user profile, and learning progress associated with that account. Some records may be retained where permitted or required by law, such as security logs, backups, diagnostic records, legal records, app store records, support history, aggregated analytics, or de-identified information.
If you joined a PolyGOAT beta or email list, you can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing or beta email. You can also ask us to delete email-list information by contacting support. We may retain a limited suppression record so we can honor unsubscribe requests.
If you created an account and cannot access it, email [email protected] from the same email address that owns the account. We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account before processing deletion.
Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete your PolyGOAT account or server-side data.
